    • Cost: Free
  • Express Shipping
    • Delivery Time: 2-4 business days
    • Cost: $10

International Shipping (Canada, Australia & New Zealand)

  • Shipping is available at an additional cost.
  • Delivery Time: 10-12 business days
  • The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

Other Countries

  • We ship to select international destinations.
  • Customers can check shipping costs in the cart at checkout before placing an order.
  • Delivery Time: 10-12 business days (may vary based on location and customs processing).

3. Order Tracking

4. Shipping Delays

5. Address Accuracy

  • Pholap.com is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Pholap.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or contact us for assistance.

8. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, undergarments, or accessories for hygiene reasons.

Return Process
